  1. For gajar ka halwa
  2. 500 gms grated halwa
  3. 1/ 2 cup milk powder
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. 500 ml milk
  6. 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
  7. For cheese cake base
  8. 10 digestive biscuits finely crushed
  9. 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  10. 3 tbsp melted butter
  11. For cheese cake
  12. 200 gms cream.cheese
  13. 1 cup powdered sugar
  14. 1 cup sour cream
  15. 3 Egg
  16. 1 cup prepared gajar ka halwa
  17. 2 tbsp Flour
  18. For topping
  19. 1 cup whipped cream
  20. Gajar ka halwa balls
  21. 4 tbsp melted white chocolate
  22. 2 tbsp coloured sprinklers
  23. 1 tsp cardomon powder
  24. 500 no milk

Instructions

  1. BOIL 500 ML MILK, ADD 500 GMS GRATED CARROTS
  2. COOK FOR 10 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK POWDER, 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  4. ADD 2 TBSP GHEE, SUGAR TO TASTE, COOK ON LOW HEAT TILL DONE
  5. BLEND 10 DIGESTIVE BISCUITS, 3 TBSP MELTED BUTTER, SET IN A SPRING FOAM TIN
  6. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  7. BLEND 200 GMS CREAM CHEESE, 2 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR, 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
  8. ADD 3 EGGS ONE BY ONE & BEAT
  9. ADD READY GAJAR HALWA, 2 TBSP FLOUR
  10. FOLD IN LIGHTLY
  11. POUR BATTER OVER THE SET BISCUIT BASE
  12. BAKE IN PRE HETAED OVEN AT 160 DEGREES FOR 90 MINS
  13. BAKE IN A STEAM BATH
  14. COOL, TOP WITH 1 CUP WHIPPED CREAM
  15. DECORATE WITH SMALL BALLS OF GAJAR HALWA
  16. DRIZZLE MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE ON TOP
  17. ADD COLOURED SPRINKLES
