ABOUT BBQ STYLE BAINGAN BHARTA RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Big bharta baingan 1
  2. Garlic 3
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. Ginger 1 small
  5. Onions 2 small
  6. Tomato 1 small
  7. Salt
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Dhanaya jeera powder 1 tbs
  10. Oil 2 tbs
  11. Jeera 1 tsp
  12. Asafoetida 1 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  14. Coriander chopped
  15. Lemon juice 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. PUT BIG 4 HORIZONTAL CUTS ON BHARTA BAINGAN (BRINJAL) AND STUFF 3 GARLIC IN THE CUTS.
  2. STUFF 1GREEN CHILLI AND GINGER IN THE BAINGAN.
  3. APPLY OIL ON THE BAINGAN.
  4. PUT THIS BRINJAL ON MEDIUM FLAME TO ROAST, TURN IT AND ROAST ALL THE SIDES.
  5. APPLY OIL ON THE ONIONS.
  6. APPLY OIL ON TOMATO.
  7. ROAST BOTH TOMATO AND ONIONS ON THE MEDIUM FLAME.
  8. REMOVE THE BURNED SKIN OF BRINGAL. REMOVE GARLIC, CHILLI AND GINGER FROM BRINJAL.
  9. REMOVE THE BURNED SKIN OF ONIONS.
  10. REMOVE THE BURNED SKIN OF TOMATO.
  11. GRIND THE ROASTED ONIONS, CHILLI, GARLIC AND GINGER.
  12. GRIND COARSELY.
  13. GRIND ROASTED.
  14. GRIND COARSELY.
  15. MASH THE BRINJAL.
  16. ADD OIL IN A PAN HEAT ON SLOW FLAME.
  17. ADD CUMIN SEEDS, ASAFOETIDA, TURMERIC AND CHOPPED ONION CHILLI GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
  18. COOK FOR 3 MINUTES.
  19. ADD CORIANDER AND CHOPPED TOMATO.
  20. COOK FOR 3 MINUTES. STIR AND MIX WELL.
  21. ADD SALT, 1 TBS DHANAYA JEERA POWDER AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  22. ADD MASHED BRINJAL. MIX AND MASH WITH THE SPOON.
  23. ADD LEMON JUICE.
  24. ADD CORIANDER LEAVE.
  25. BBQ STYLE BAINGAN BHARTA IS READY TO SERVE.
  26. SERVE HOT BBQ STYLE BAINGAN BHARTA WITH BAJARA ROTI.
