  1. 2 medium boiled potatoes
  2. 2tbsp semolina
  3. 2tbsp tamarind chutney
  4. 2tbsp green chutney
  5. 1tsp red chilly powder
  6. 1/4tsp roasted cumin powder
  7. 1/2tsp chat masala
  8. 1/4 cup curd
  9. Sev and boondi for garnishing
  10. 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 1 cup flour
  12. 1tsp oil
  13. salt to taste
  14. ghee for smearing

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. MASH 2 BOILED POTATOES.ADD SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER, CUMIN POWDER, CHAT MASALA
  3. ADD 2TBSP TAMARIND AND 2TBSP GREEN CHUTNEY
  4. ADD 2TBSP SEMOLINA, MIX WELL
  5. ADD WATER AND 1 CUP FLOUR. KNEAD DOUGH
  6. ADD 1TSP OIL. KNEAD FIRM DOUGH
  7. ROLL THICK ROTI. CUT SMALL ROUNDELS
  8. HEAT SKILLET AND COOK BOTH SIDES
  9. SMEAR LITTLE GHEE ON BOTH SIDES
  10. ADD CURD, CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, BOONDI, SEV AND GARNISH
  11. SERVE WARM
