ABOUT Crispy Poha Rolls RECIPE

These are gooey yummy cheesy rolls. Both kids and adults will equally love this. These are so delicious that you cannot stop just eating one

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 Cup Poha
  2. 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1/4 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  4. 3/4 cup or more breadcrumbs
  5. 2tbsp maida
  6. 2tbsp corn flour
  7. 1/4 tsp pepper
  8. 3/4 tsp red chilly flakes
  9. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  10. 1/2 tsp parsley
  11. Salt

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1/2 CUP POHA IN HOT WATER FOR 10 MINS
  2. DRAIN & SQUEEZE OUT WATER
  3. MIX 2 TBSP EACH OF FLOUR & CORNFLOUR, ADD 1/4 CUP WATER & MAKE A THIN SLURRY
  4. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL
  5. KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  6. MAKE SMALL BALLS, SHAPE INTO ROLLS
  7. DUNK ROLLS IN FLOUR SLURRY
  8. ROLL OVER BREADCRUMBS
  9. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  10. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  11. PLACE ON A TISSUE PAPER
  12. SERVE HOT
