  2. onion (big) 1
  3. grated coconut 2tablespoon
  4. 1 small piece ginger
  5. carrot 1
  6. peas 2tablespoon
  7. Green chilli 2tablespoon chopped
  8. Curry leaves
  9. hing
  10. coriander
  11. besan small cup
  12. Salt.to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL WITH ONE CUP LEFTOVER RICE..ADD ONION AND GRATED COCONUT
  2. ADD CARROT AND GINGER PIECES
  3. ADD PEAS AND GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER
  5. ADD HING
  6. ADD BESAN AND MIX WELL
  7. HEAT THE KADAI WITH OIL .SLID THE VADAS INTO HOT OIL.TURNOVER WITH A FRYING PAN
  8. DRAIN THE VADAS USING TISSUE TO REMOVE EXCESS OIL.SERVE WITH IDLY MILAGAI PODI
