  1. 100 grams mava
  2. 100 grams grated coconut
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 2 tbs ghee
  6. 1/2 cup chopped almond
  7. 100 grams edible gum
  8. 1 tsp black papper

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TBS GHEE IN A PAN
  2. FRY 100 GRAMS GOOND OR EDIBLE GUM IN HOT GHEE
  3. WHEN GOOND SWOLLEN COMPLETELY EMPTY IT IN PLATE
  4. THAN FRY 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ALMOND TILL LIGHT BROWN
  5. THAN ADD 100 GRAMS GRATED MAVA IN GREASED HOT PAN
  6. COOK TILL LIGHT BROWN
  7. AND EMPTY IN A PLATE
  8. FOR CHASANI TAKE 1 CUP SUGAR IN A PAN
  9. ADD 1 CUP WATER
  10. COOK TILL BECOME STICKY
  11. IN A PLATE ADD ALMOND,MAVA AND GOOND.
  12. ADD 100 GRAMS GRATED COCONUT
  13. ADD 1 TSP BLACK PAPPER.
  14. MIX NICELY
  15. THAN ADD PREPARED MIXTURE IN CHASANI AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  16. MIX WELL
  17. ADD 1 TSP GHEE
  18. MIX WELL
  19. SERVE HOT
