If you are left with broccoli ,potatoes sabzi and some pie dough only and suddenly some guests reach ,this is a very quick recipe to impress them. They would surely drool over.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Broccoli and potatoes sabzi 1 cup
  2. Red chilly finely chopped 1 tbsp
  3. Chat masala 2 tsp
  4. Mozzarella cheese grated 2 tbsp
  5. Parsley chopped 1/2cup
  6. Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  7. Left over Pie dough to make 7-8 small poories
  8. Oil for frying 2 cups

Instructions

  1. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO 1 CUP EACH OF BROCCOLI & POTATO SABZIS
  2. ADD 1 TBSP CREAM CHEESE, 1/2 CUP CORIANDER
  3. MIX WELL
  4. KNEAD THE FLOUR DOUGH
  5. CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  6. MAKE SMALL BALLS
  7. ROLL INTO POORIS
  8. ADD FILLING IN THE CENTRE, CLOSE, SHAPE INTO GUJIYAS
  9. MARK THE EDGES
  10. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  11. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
