Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup leftover boiled rice
  2. 1 cup chhola boiled
  3. 6 minced garlic cloves
  4. 2 tbsp mango pickle
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. 1 tspp chop ginger
  7. 1 green chilli
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. 1 tsp jeera
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL AND ADD GARLIC
  2. GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI
  3. SAUTE GARLIC AND ADD CHHOLA
  4. NOW ADD PICKLE MASALA AND PICKLE
  5. MIX IT
  6. THEN ADD SALT, HALDI AND CHILLI POWDER
  7. ADD BOILED RICE AND MIX PROPERLY
  8. ADJUST MASALA ACCORDING YOUR TASTE
  9. SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  10. AND MIX
  11. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE
