  1. Cooked Toor dal : 1 cup
  2. Onion : 1
  3. Tomato : 1
  4. Green chilly : 2
  5. Grated ginger : 1 inch
  6. Mustard seed : ½ tsp
  7. Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Butter
  10. Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Oil
  14. Boiled rice : 2 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, CUMIN SEEDS ADD CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATO,SAUTE FOR 2 MIN
  2. ADD SALT, TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLY POWDER AND SAUTE FOR 1 MIN ADD GRATED GINGER, COOKED DAL, REQUIRED WATER AND COOK FOR 2 MIN (  ADJUST THE CONSISTENCY )
  3. ADD BOILED RICE & BUTTER AND MIX WELL
