Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For frankie masala :
  2. Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  3. Roasted jeera [cumin] powder - 2 tbsp
  4. Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  5. coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  6. amchur powder - 3 tbsp
  7. haldi [turmeric powder] - 1 tsp
  8. Black salt - 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. For dough :
  10. maida - 1 cup
  11. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  12. oil - 2 tbsp
  13. butter [as required]
  14. For stuffing :
  15. onion [sliced] - 1
  16. cabbage [sliced] - 1 cup
  17. carrot [sliced] - 1/2 cup
  18. capsicum - 1 [sliced]
  19. 100 gm paneer
  20. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  21. 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  22. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  23. 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  24. salt

Instructions

  1. ADD RED CHILLI PWDR, CUMIN PWDR AND JEERA PWDR.
  2. MIX SALT , GARAM MASALA AND MIX WELL TO MAKE FRANKIE MASALA.
  3. TAKE MAIDA, WHEAT FLOUR, OIL, SALT AND BUTTER TO MAKE DOUGH.
  4. KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 10 MIN.
  5. TAKE BUTTER IN A PAN. NOW ADD GREEN CHILLI PASTE, GARLIC PASTE AND ONIONS.
  6. SAUTE IT TILL TURN PINK.
  7. ADD GRATED CABBAGE, CARROT AND CAPSICUM.
  8. ADD TOMATO SAUCE, SOYA SAUCE, SALT AND FRANKIE MASALA.
  9. ADD PANEER, CORIANDER LEAVES AND TOSS WELL.
  10. MAKE SMALL BALLS AND MAKE ROTI.
  11. SPRINKLE FRANKIE MASALA.
  12. PUT THE STUFFING ON THE ROTI.
