  1. For frankie masala :
  2. Red chilli pwdr - 2 tbspn
  3. Roasted jeera pwdr - 2 tbspn
  4. Garam masala - 1 tbspn
  5. coriander pwdr - 1 tbspn
  6. amchur pwdr - 3 tbspn
  7. haldi - 1 tsp
  8. Black salt - 1 1/2 tbspn
  9. For dough :
  10. maida - 1 cup
  11. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  12. oil - 2 tbspn
  13. butter
  14. For stuffing :
  15. 1 sliced:
  16. onion
  17. cabbage
  18. carrot
  19. capsicum
  20. 100 gm paneer
  21. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  22. 1 tbspn green chilli paste
  23. 1 tbspn red chilli pwdr
  24. 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  25. salt

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TBSP RED CHILLI, 3 TBSP AMCHUR, 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDERS
  2. ADD SALT, 2 TBSP GARAM MASALA, MIX, FRANKIE MASALA IS READY
  3. TAKE 1 CUP FLOUR, 1/2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, SALT, 2 TBSP EACH OF OIL & BUTTER
  4. KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  5. KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  6. HEAT 2 TBSP BUTTER, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GREEN CHILLI & GARLIC PASTE, 1 ONION
  7. SAUTE TILL ONIONS TURN TRANSLUCENT
  8. ADD 3/4 CUP EACH OF GRATED CAPSICUM, CARROT, CARROT
  9. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF TOMATO SAUCE, SOYA SAUCE, SALT, FRANKIE MASALA
  10. ADD 100 GMS CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE, 1/4 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES, TOSS WELL
  11. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH, ROLL INTO ROTIS
  12. GREASE A HOT TAVA WITH OIL, GRILL THE ROTIS
  13. FLIP & COOK ON BOTH SIDES
  14. SPRINKLE SOME FRANKIE MASALA
  15. ADD SOME VEGGIE MIX, ROLL
  16. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  17. SERVE HOT
