Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup whole wheat rava / cracked wheat
  2. 4 tsp finely chopped ginger
  3. 5 cup boiling water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 cute peeled and finely chopped turnip
  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped green beans
  7. 5 tsp cooking oil
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1 tsp urad dal
  10. 1 red chilli
  11. few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT COCONUT OIL OR COOKING OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. ADD URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI
  3. AFTER SPLUTTER ADD CURRY LEAVES AND WHOLE WHEAT RAVA
  4. FRY IN LOW FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES
  5. ADD GINGER, TURNIP, GREEN BEANS AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD A PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER AND BOILING WATER
  7. ADD SALT AND CLOSE THE LID TO COOK WELL
  8. CHECK IN BETWEEN FOR EVEN COOKING.
  9. ONCE ALL THE WATER HAS EVAPORATED, ADD COCONUT, MIX AND SERVE.
