ABOUT Healthy Whole wheat Cheela RECIPE

This is delicious, easy and healthy recipe for breakfast. Whole wheat flour or atta is easily available in every kitchen. It is an instant and easy recipe. This is famous among kids too, they love to have it. You can serve it with Dhaniya Chutney or tomato sauce. This is pure vegetarian recipe and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  3. 2 tbsp Chopped Capsicum
  4. 2 Green Chillies
  5. 2 tbsp Grated Carrot
  6. 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tablespoon sour Curd
  9. 2-3 tablespoon ghee for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR IN A BOWL, ADD 2 TBSP CURD
  2. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND MIX UNTILL A SMOOTH BATTER IS PREPARED
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONION
  4. 2 TBSP CAPSICUM, 2 TBSP CARROT (GRATED), 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  5. 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT TO TASTE & MIX WELL
  6. LET IT REST FOR 5 MINUTES
  7. NOW POUR & SPREAD THE BATTER ON HOT, NON-STICK TAWA
  8. APPLY 1 TBSP GHEE AND FLIP IT
  9. WHEN TURNS GOLDEN FROM BOTH SIDES, REMOVE IN A SERVING PLATE
  10. COOK ALL CHEELA LIKE THIS
