  1. sooji rava 1 cup
  2. banana slices 2 cup
  3. ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Fresh green peas 1/2 cup
  5. water 1 1/2 cup
  6. Milk 1 1/2 cup
  7. cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  8. salt a pinch
  9. sugar 1 cup
  10. cashews few
  11. raisins few

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OF GHEE
  2. ADD CASHEWS AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ADD SOOJI RAVA AND ROAST IT TILL GOOD AROMA
  4. ADD FINELY SLICED BANANAS
  5. ADD FRESH GREEN PEAS AND FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME TILL TENDER
  6. ADD BOILING MILK
  7. ADD HOT WATER AND BRING IT TO BOIL
  8. MIX WELL AND COOK UNTIL THICKNESS
  9. STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID LUMPS AND COOK EVENLY
  10. ADD IN SUGAR, MIX WELL
  11. STIR WELL
  12. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND RAISINS
  13. AFTER COMPLETE EVAPORATION OF WATER CONSISTENCY ADD SOME MORE GHEE AND MIX WELL
  14. ADD A PINCH OF SALT
  15. STARTED TO LEAVE EDGES AND BOTTOM
  16. IT IS DONE, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
