Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Eno 1 pack
  5. Water as required
  6. Ghee 2 tbsp
  7. Mustard seed 2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  10. Chaat masala 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE SEMOLINA AND CURD ADD SALT AND MIX WELL. ADD WATER AS REQUIRED FOR A LUMP FREE BATTER.
  2. ADD INO AND MIX LIGHTLY
  3. GREESE IDLI PLATTERS.
  4. POUR BATTER .
  5. ALLOW TO COOL THEN CUT INTO 4 PIECES.
  6. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN ADD MUSTARD SEED, RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT AND THOSE IDLI PIECES AND LEMON JUICE.
  7. ADD CHAAT MASALA.
  8. COOK IT TILL A LITTLE BIT BROWN COLOUR AND PACK IN YOUR KID'S TIFFIN.
