My kid like finger food in his lunch box,so he can gobble them quickly and get more time to play. Chicken cheese balls is very tasty,easy and healthy too. Cheese is very good for bone health and chicken and egg is full of proteins and vitamins. Try this dish which I love to make and my kid love to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup chicken mince
  2. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1 cup bread crumbs
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 tsp chili powder
  7. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  9. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  10. Vegetable oil for frying
  11. Salt for seasoning

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A BOWL ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL AND BREAD CRUMBS. MIX WELL.
  3. MAKE SMALLS BALL OUT OF CHICKEN MIXTURE.
  4. COAT CHICKEN BALLS IN BREAD CRUMBS PROPERLY.
  5. DO THE SAME TO ALL,KEEP CHICKEN BALLS IN FREEZER FOR 30 MINUTES.
  6. FRY THEM IN HEATED VEGETABLE OIL.
  7. FLIP THEM TO COOK ANOTHER SIDE.
  8. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN IN LOW FLAME.
  9. WITH A STRAINER TAKE THEM OUT AND DRAIN THEM IN PAPER TOWELS.
  10. CHICKEN CHEESE BALLS IS READY .
