  1. Leftover or fresh chapatis 2 -3
  2. Cooking oil 4 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  5. French beans chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Tomato chopped 1 cup
  8. Methi leaves chopped 1 cup
  9. Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  11. Jeera I tsp
  12. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD JEERA
  2. FRY PANEER
  3. ADD CHILLI POWDER, FRENCH BEANS AND CARROT, FRY TILL TENDER IN HIGH FLAME
  4. ADD TOMATOES AND METHI LEAVES, FRY TILL TENDER
  5. ADD SALT, CHAPATHI PIECES AND MIX WELL
  6. TOMATO SAUCE
  7. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX WELL, SERVE IN HOT
