ABOUT Air fried wicked wings RECIPE

A famous italian exotic chicken dish with good balance of spice and sour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chicken wings -1/2 kg
  2. ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  3. Kashmiri chilli powder -1 tsp
  4. pepper powder -1/2 tsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. Hot sauce- 1tbsp
  7. Light Soy sauce - 1tbsp
  8. olive Oil -1 tbsp
  9. Corn flour -1-2 tsp
  10. Red food colour - pinch ( optional)
  11. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. CUT, WASH THE CHICKEN WINGS AND MAKE PIECES.
  2. INGREDIENTS:GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CHILLI POWDER,SALTPEPPER,HOT SAUCE,SOY SAUCE, OLIVE OIL,CORNFLOUR
  3. ADD CHICKEN AND THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL
  4. ADD 1-2 TSP CORN FLOUR.
  5. MIX WELL.
  6. ADDING PINCH OF RED FOOD COLOUR IS OPTIONAL.
  7. MIX.
  8. COVER AND MARINATE FOR ATLEAST 2 HOURS.
  9. PRE HEAT THE AIRFRYER TO 200 DEGREE.
  10. ARRANGE THE MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS IN THE BASKET.
  11. KEEP INSIDE,CLOSE IT.
  12. AIR FRY FOR 15 MINUTES.
  13. OPEN AND CHECK.
  14. AIR FRIED WICKED WINGS ARE READY.SERVE WITH SALADS, FRENCH FRIES AND BUNS.
