Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread slices
  2. Sweet corn 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee 1/4 cup
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder a pinch
  7. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Garlic cloves 8-10
  9. Chopped onion 1 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. ADD CUMIN SEEDS, LET IT CRACKLE, THEN ADD GARLIC
  3. FRY GARLIC TILL GOLDEN BROWN, THEN ADD ONION AND SAUTE TILL TENDER
  4. ADD PEPPER POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD SWEET CORN AND FRY TILL TENDER
  6. SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD HONEY AND MIX WELL
  8. HEAT BREAD SLICES
  9. FLIP IT AFTER FEW SECONDS
  10. APPLY SOME GHEE
  11. AGAIN FLIP OVER AND CHECK THE CRISPINESS
  12. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND REMOVE, TAKE ONE SLICE SPREAD CORN PALYAM
  13. COVER WITH ANOTHER BREAD SLICE, PRESS IT AND SERVE.
