ABOUT Diet Roti (Diabetic Friendly) RECIPE

Roti made with Jeera, Pepper, Kalonji, Fennel, Kasuri Methi, Ajwain, Poppy seeds and pinch of roasted Methi powder. Good for General health. Ajwain, Fennel and Jeera to improve Digestion, Pepper for Anti oxidant, Methi to control blood sugar, Kalonji for weight loss and Poppy seeds to improve heart health.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. jeera 1 tsp
  3. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  4. Ajwain 1 tsp
  5. kalonji 1 tsp
  6. Pinch of Roasted methi
  7. Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  8. Crushed fennel seeds 1 tsp
  9. Kasuri methi 2 tsp
  10. salt
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 CUPS OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  2. ADD 1 TSP JEERA
  3. ADD 1 TSP AJWAIN AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  4. ADD 1 TSP KALONJI AND 2 TSP KASURI METHI
  5. ADD POPPY SEEDS AND CRUSHED FENNEL SEEDS
  6. ADD PINCH OF ROASTED METHI POWDER. MIX
  7. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  8. ADD WATER KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  9. ADD REQUIRED OIL AND KNEAD TO MAKE NON STICKY DOUGH
  10. REST THE DOUGH FOR 15-30 MINUTES
  11. SHAPE SMALL PORTIONS
  12. ROLL ROTIS
  13. FRY ROTIS WITH OR WITHOUT OIL
