Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1 tsp tea powder
  3. 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. IN A SMALL POT, BRING THE 1 CUP WATER
  2. ADD 2-3 TEASPOON OF SUGAR AND 1 TEASPOON TEA
  3. AS REQUIRED ALONG THE GRATED OR CRUSHED GINGER.
  4. SIMMER FOR 3-4 MINS OR UNTIL GINGER LEAVES THEIR OWN JUICE AND FLAVOR.NOW ADD 1 CUP OF MILK OR AS REQUIRED
  5. THE MILK WILL START BOILING.ONCE THE MILK ALSO STARTS BUBBLING SWITCH OFF THE GAS
  6. STRAIN THE TEA THROUGH A STRAINER INTO THE CUPS
  7. ENJOY
