Ingredients Serving: 5
rice flour. 2 cups
Powder milk 4 tbs
sugar 1/3 cup
Cheese 2 tbs
salt 1/2 tsp
Liquid milk 1/3 cup
Shredded coconut as needed
Grated jaggery as to taste.
Instructions
TRANSFER 1&1/2 CUP OF RICE FLOUR IN A BOWL.
ADD 1/2 TSP SALT.
ADD 2 TBS POWDER MILK.
MIX WELL.
ADD 1/3 CUP OF LIQUID MILK (APROX)
MIX WELL & BREAK THE BOND OF RICE FLOUR & MILK.
RICE FLOUR SHOULD NOT BE OVER ALLOW IT TO REST FOR 3/4 HOURS.
SIEVE IT WITH A LARGE HOLES STRAINER.
RICE FLOUR THAT IS EVENLY MOISTENED & GRANULLED.
ADD 1/3 CUP OF SUGAR.
ADD 2 TBS MILK POWDER.
ADD 2 TBS GRATED CHEESE.
FOLD LIGHTLY.
SPREAD A WASHED & LIGHT CLOTH OVER STEAMER.
SET A COOKIE CUTTER&FILL 1/2 OF IT WITH PREPARED RICE FLOUR.
ADD GRATED COCONUT.
ADD GRATED DATE JAGGERY.
ADD ANOTHER LAYER OF RICE FLOUR.
STEAM IT UPTO 3/4 MINUTES.
REMOVE THE CLOTH.
REMOVE THE CUTTER.
ENJOY THE DELICACY OF MILKED RICE IDLI.
