  1. 1/2 cup black gram
  2. 1/2 cup sour curd
  3. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  4. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. salt [as per taste]
  6. Green chillies - 2
  7. Curry leaves - 10
  8. oil

Instructions

  1. POUR THE BOILED UDAD DAL INTO THE POT ADD SOUR DAHI
  2. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLI, CURRY LEAVES
  4. THEN LOWER THE HEAT TO A SIMMER.
  5. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
