Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soak the dal Tuver dal,chana dal,moong dal,urad dal,masoor dal,all dal 2 Tbspna dal,Moong dal,white urad dal,Masoor dal,all dal
  2. Khada masala like 1 badi elaichi,4 cloves,,1 tejpatta,2 pcs dal chini
  3. Dry masala Haldi,mirchi,dhaniya powder,salt
  4. Wheat mota flour 100 gm,besan 25 gm,sooji,
  5. Ghee 25 gms,oil 10 ml
  6. Ajwain,souff 5 gms
  7. For gravy,2 onion,3 tomato,ginger garlic paste,2 green chilly,
  8. Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Take soaked above daal,khada masala,haldi ,salt with 2 cup of water,pressure cook with 2 whistle.
  2. For Baati,In mixing bowl take wheat mota flour,besan,suji,ghee,oil,jawab,souf,salt .Kneed it flour like puri.
  3. Make little baati and put in electric Tandoor
  4. Turn baati till brown both side and Take out.
  5. Deep Baati in ghee in bowl
  6. Take one pan with ghee ,after heating ghee
  7. Add jeera,finely chopped onion till golden colour,
  8. Add ginger galic paste,chopped chilly,tomato
  9. Saute all items until ghee out of gravy
  10. Add haldi,mirchi powder,dhaniya powder,garam masala,salt,stir properly
  11. Add boiled daal in gravy mix well
  12. Add some water as required
  13. Switch of gase when u see consistency of dal
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves and white butter
  15. Put tempting daal in a bowl with delicious Baati.
  16. U can serve green chutney and garlic chutney in combination.
  17. Rajasthan ki yaad, Dal Baati k saath.
