Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4 cup flour
  2. 1/4 cup suji
  3. 1/3 cup sugar
  4. 1/3 cup water
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. 1/4 cup curd
  7. 1 tbsp butter
  8. 1/2 tsp vanila powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  11. Soaked almonds 10

Instructions

  1. TAKE BUTTER IN BOWL
  2. ADD OIL
  3. ADD CURD
  4. ADD SUJI
  5. AND MIX THEM FINELY
  6. THEN ADD VANILA POWDER
  7. AND BAKING POWDER
  8. AGAIN MIX THEM FINELY AND ADD HALF OF FLOUR
  9. MIX AND ADD REMAINING FLOUR
  10. AND MAKE A DOUGH KEEPP IT FOR 15 MIN.
  11. THEN ON A SHEET TAKE DRY FLOUR AND SPRINKLE
  12. AND ROLL DOWN THE DOUGH
  13. SIMILARLY
  14. TAKE A ROUND COOKIE CUTTER AND CUT ROUNDS
  15. NOW TAKE 4 ROUNDS AND ARRANGE THEM IN LINE LITTLE OVERLAPPED THE PREVIOUS ONE
  16. THEN FROM FIRST ROUND START MAKE A ROLL AND CUT IT FROM CENTER
  17. GIVE SHAPE TO PETALS AND MAKE ROSE
  18. PREPARE ALL ROSES
  19. PEEL ALMONDS AND INSERT ONE ALMOND IN EACH FLOWER
  20. THEN TAKE A PAN ADD SUGAR AND WATER
  21. AND HEAT TILL SUGAR MELT
  22. TAKE LEMON JUICE
  23. AFTER FIVE MIN ADD LEMON JUICE IN SUGAR SYRUP
  24. BAKE FLOWERS ON 200 DEGREE FOR 20-25 MIN.
  25. WHEN THEY COOL DOWN POUR SUGAR SYRUP UPON FLOWERS
  26. AND SERVE
