ABOUT Avocado paniyaaram ( Sweet ) RECIPE

Avocados are a great source of omega 3 and Vitamin E . Supplies the healthy fat . It’s one fruit that should be included in every individual ‘s diet for food skin , hair and immunity . Few kids doesn’t prefer eating raw avocados . Get bored with the monotonous smoothies . So this avocado sweet paniyaaram is for them . I tried this for my child and she loved tasting it . A healthy guilt free snack for kids and adults as well . I included red banana to make this recipe a double nutritive one .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole wheat flour 150 grams
  2. avocado 1 medium size de seeded and flesh scooped
  3. Red banana medium 1
  4. ghee 2 tablespoons
  5. Freshly grated coconut 2 tablespoons
  6. water 1/4 glass
  7. jaggery grated 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take 150 grams whole wheat flour . Grated jaggery 3 tablespoons , a teaspoon ghee . Mix together .
  2. Blend one medium ripe avocado and 1 red banana to a smooth paste using little water .
  3. Now pour the purée to the flour to prepare pancake batter .Add 2 tablespoons freshly grated coconut
  4. Adjust the consistency of the batter . Shouldn’t be too tight nor too runny . Should me in smooth
  5. pouring state. Heat a nonstick paniyaram pan. Drizzle ghee into the pits .
  6. Pour 1 tablespoon batter into the hot ghee ( pits) so that only half of the pits are covered. Don’t pour full .
  7. The paniyarams pop up . Fry both the sides under low flame for 7 minutes.
  8. Avocado paniyarams are ready to relish .
