This is a quick recipe pf bajji or pakodas, made with green chillies.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chilli 5
  2. Besan flour 1cup
  3. Rice flour 1/4 cup
  4. Salt
  5. oil

Instructions

  1. Heat ample amount of oil in a kadhai.
  2. Mix besan, rice flour along with some salt in a bowl. Make a smooth batter with required amount of water.
  3. Now dip the chillies in the batter and leave them in the oil, deep fry and strain. Serve hot.
