Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Freshly fermented dosa batter 1 cup
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Onion small sized 1 finely chopped
  4. Green capsicum small 1 finely chopped
  5. Red capsicum small 1 finely chopped
  6. Mushroom 50 grams finely chopped
  7. Salt to taste .
  8. Italian seasonings to taste
  9. Pepper powder ( optional ) to taste
  10. Grated mozzarella cheese / cheddar cheese 5 -6 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take finely chopped onions , chopped red capsicum, green capsicum and chopped mushrooms .
  2. Take 1 cup dosa batter . Add salt and mix . Heat a pan .
  3. Pour 1/2 ladle full batter and spread to small medium thickness dosa. Smear oil .
  4. While the top of the dosa is par cooked , top it with the cut veggies .
  5. Cover and cook for a minute in low flame so that the bottom doesn’t get burnt , while the veggies
  6. soften . Add grated mozzarella / cheddar cheese . Cover for few seconds so cheese melts , coats .
  7. Mushroom Pizza dosa is ready . Sprinkle Italian seasonings , salt . Serve hot .
  8. Healthy and yummy breakfast option .
