ABOUT No Fry Paneer Pakoras RECIPE

Paneer pakoras are everybody's favourite tea time snacks. I tried to gave regular paneer pakodas a healthy twist. These paneer pakoras are made with only a brush of oil and is totally healthy. Kids would love to have it in their lunch box. Paneer is protein so it is good for health and you can have these tasty and healthy pakoras without any guilt. happy guiltfree eating..!!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. Panner 250 gms
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Tomato 1 chopped
  5. Fresh coriander leaves few
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  10. 1 tsp jeera powder
  11. 1/2 tsp ginger,garlic,green chilli paste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD SALT TO TASTE
  2. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER, MIX
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP GINGER-GARLIC-GREEN CHILLI PASTE, A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER LEAVES
  5. ADD SUFFICIENT BATTER TO MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER
  6. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED TOMATOES & ONIONS
  7. THE BATTER SHOULD BE THICK YET FLOWY LIKE THIS
  8. LIGHTLY GREASE A NONSTICK PAN WITH SOME OIL, PLACE A SLICE OF COTTAGE CHEESE
  9. SPRINKLE LITTLE PEPPER POWDER, SALT & GRILL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  10. FLIP & COOK FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  11. COVER THE PANEER WITH THE READY BATTER ON ONE SIDE
  12. SPRINKLE A FEW DROPS OF OIL ON TOP, COOK
  13. TURN IT OVER, AGAIN BRUSH A LITTLE OIL, COOK TILL CRISP
  14. THE NO FRY PANEER PAKORAS ARE READY
  15. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
