सामग्री सर्विंग: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1 medium
  2. Potatoes 2 medium
  3. Green Peas 1 cup
  4. Coarsely ground Pepper 2 tablespoon
  5. onion 1 medium
  6. green chillies 2 slit and cut
  7. salt to taste
  8. oil

निर्देश

  1. Add the cauliflower in boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. It should look translucent like this, semi cooked.
  3. Fry the Potatoes and Green peas till they are half cooked too
  4. Remove from oil and keep aside
  5. Sauté green chillies and Onions in the oil
  6. Add the fried Peas and potatoes along with the steamed Cauliflower and mix well
  7. Add the pepper and salt to taste and mix well
  8. cover with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame
  9. Once cooked, it's ready to serve.
