Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mince or keema (mutton) 250 gm
  2. Onion 4 sliced
  3. Green chillies 10 chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  5. Salt according to your taste
  6. Oil 3 tablespoon


  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker then add half sliced onion
  2. When onion trun brown in color add keema green chillies salt and ginger garlic paste and add one cup of water
  3. Now cover the lid and pressure cooked till 4 to 5 whistle
  4. Now open a lid saute mince till oil comes from sides
  5. Now add remaining onion mix well and again cover the lid and take one whistle
  6. Open a lid sauted well and serve hot with naan or parataha
