Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 grams Keema mutton
  2. 700 grams mutton pieces
  3. 400 grams onion
  4. 500 grams tomatoes
  5. 50 grams garlic
  6. 8 to 10 cloves
  7. 4 black cardamom
  8. 1 Cinnamon stick
  9. 4 bay leaves
  10. 11/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  11. 11/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  12. Salt to taste


  1. Onion, garlic, bay leaves, cloves, tomato, cardamom, cinnamon make a paste of all these ingredients.
  2. In a heavy bottom, pan adds refined oil and cook the above paste until brown.
  3. Add keema and mutton pieces on a low medium flame keep stirring it for 45 minutes, then close the lid of the pan and cook it till done with occasional stirring.
  4. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
