Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg mutton keema
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 onion chopped in chopper
  4. 3tb paste [ Green chilli (4), coriander (handful) ,garlic (4 cloves), ginger (1 inch)} - coarsely pasted.
  5. Salt
  6. 2tb garam masala
  7. 2tb red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tb turmeric
  9. 1tb coriander powder
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. 2 onion chopped
  12. 2 tomato chopped
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. Wash keema and drain extra water with the help of hands.
  2. In mixing bowl take keema add salt,red chilli Powder,egg, garam masala, (greenchilli+ garlic+ ginger+ coriander leaves ) mix well
  3. In deep pan heat oil add chopped Onion
  4. Cook for two minutes add chopped tomato,ginger, garlic and all dry ingredients mentioned above mix well.
  5. Now make balls from keema mixer
  6. Grease lid of deep pan in which you cook onion and tomato .then put ready keema balls on the greased lid ...see in above pic
  7. Then cover deep pan with lid .
  8. Now on medium flame allow to cook gravy in deep pan and kofta on the lid
  9. You can check gravy and mix after five ten minutes
  10. When kofta will half Cooked turn the side of Kota
  11. After 20-25 minutes add water in gravy mixture and mix well
  12. Put ready steamed kofta in gravy and cook for 5-10 minutes
  13. Your yummmyyy keema kofta in gravy are ready
  14. Garnish with corinadar leaves
  15. Enjoy with roti or rice...
