Spicy tangy fried Macrel.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 bangda / Macrel
  2. 1 cup grated coconut
  3. 8/9 dry chillis
  4. 10/12 garlic podes
  5. Small pebble size turmarind
  6. 1/2tsp turmeric
  7. 1tsp black paper
  8. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  9. 1tsp jeera
  10. Salt to test
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients.cleaned and washed Macrels.
  2. Put all masala ingredients in to mixi. Make fine paste.
  3. Make fine paste.
  4. Coat n stuff Macrels with this fine paste.
  5. Heat the fry pan. Heat oil in it.coat stuffed Macrels with semolina/rava.fry Macrels.
  6. Fry till fish become golden brown
  7. Masala stuffed bangda is ready.
