Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Medium size Parshe fish 6 pieces
  2. Mustard seeds paste 3 tbsp
  3. Popy seeds paste 2 tbsp
  4. Black cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  5. 1 sliced onion
  6. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp corriander powder
  8. 1 tsp chilly powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. 2 red chillies
  12. Corriander leaves 1/2 cup
  13. Mustard oil 1 cup
  14. 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish with 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt for 10 mins, then fry the marinated fish in hot mustard oil.
  2. Take all the ingredients together.
  3. Heat mustard oil in a pan.Add black cumin seeds and red chilly.
  4. Then add chopped onion, Sprinkle 1 tsp salt on it.
  5. Next we have to add 3 tsp mustard. Seed paste,2 tsp popy seed paste.
  6. 1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp chilly powder, salt 2 tsp have to add on it for making the masala mixture.Cook fir 4 mins.
  7. Add 1/2 cup warm water to boil in slow flame for 5-10 mins.
  8. When the water comes to warm, Released the fish on this gravy.
  9. Sprinkle some corriander leaves on it.
  10. Serve it with boiled rice, zeera rice .
