Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  2. Spices
  3. Chillipwdr 1 tsp
  4. Zeera pwdr 1 tsp
  5. coriander pwdr 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  9. Finely chopped green chillies 4 to 5
  10. Onion 1 finely sliced and water squeezed
  11. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Filling
  14. Cheese 1 cup
  15. Hung curd 2 tbsp
  16. Egg 1

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken mince with all the spice pwdr and bread crumbs and leave it aside for 30 mins
  2. Mix the cheese the hung curd togther
  3. Beat the egg and keep it ready
  4. Now take the chicken mince , flatten it and add the filling in between and seal the kabab with your hands
  5. On butter paper roll the kabab evenly and seal the edges with the egg
  6. Heat oil and shallow fry the kababs on all sides for 7 to 10 mins
  7. Serve hot with onions and lemon
