Sheekh kebabs are made out of mutton and chicken they are usually made out of boneless pieces grounded with spices then grilled its a nice juicy and mouth melting dish must try easy to prepare here goes the glimpse of this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Boneless chicken - 500gms
  2. Onion-half diced
  3. Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Red chilly pwd- 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander pwd-1 tsp
  7. green chilly-1
  8. Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemon- 1/2
  10. garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  11. tandoori masala powder- 1 tsp
  12. Chicken masala powder- 1/2 tsp
  13. egg - 1
  14. Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  15. Chat masala -2 tsp (add it after grinding)
  16. oil for shallow fry


  1. Take a blender blend all the ingredients and make a smooth paste do not add water.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl add 1 tbsp of finely chopped onion and coriander leaves if required add chilly powder add cornflour -2tbsp and mix well
  3. Take a bamboo sticks and roll in it and shallow fry and at the end give a charcoal smoke to the kebab sheek kebeb is ready:dango:
