Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt ,ginger garlic paste ,2 green chilies, 2/3 green cardamom 3/4 cloves/6 pepper corn, yogurt,& chili powder &mix well.Set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
Heat ghee/white oil in a non stick pan. Add remaining cloves, green cardamon, pepper corn, bay leaves, green chilies mix & saute till fragrant .
Add onion mix & saute till golden . Add the chicken along with marinade ,mix well & cook on high flame for 4/5mins.
Add rice & salt &mix lightly . Add 2& 1/2 cups water mix well , cover & cook till rice & chicken are fully done.
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
