Healthy,yummy,tasty, tofu is very healthy and rich in protein.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gm.tofu
  2. 3/4cup bread crumbs
  3. 1/4 cup cornflour
  4. 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  5. 1 cup fine chopped onion
  6. 1 tbsp ginger,garlic chilly paste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tspRed Chilly Powder
  9. 2 tsp dhaniya powder
  10. 1/2tsp turmuric powder.
  11. 1 lemon Juice
  12. 1+1tsp red and white sesame seeds
  13. oil
  14. Chopped coriander leaves
  15. 1/2tsp Garam masala powder

Instructions

  1. Take crumbled tofu in a bowl .
  2. Mixed all ingredients except sesame seeds and oil.
  3. Take a lemon size dough and roll it on the scever .
  4. Sprinkle both type of sesame seeds and roll it over.
  5. Put it on the non stick tava and shallow fry till it until golden brown or crispy.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce,mayo dip and green chutney.. Your tasty,healthy tofu seek kabab is ready..
