ABOUT Paneer Olive Igloo Salad RECIPE

This recipe is appropriate for your kids to feed them paneer and healthy vegetables like olive and carrot.It is also no gas cooking so you can involve your kids to make this.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer-200 grams
  2. 10 small black olives
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  5. 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  6. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  7. Grated cheese- 2 tablespoons (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Add paneer into a big plate..Start kneading and continue to mash and knead. . .
  2. Add red chilli flakes,oregano ,parsley and salt into paneer. With the heels of your palms mash the paneer mix and knead.
  3. Cut a slit from top to bottom, lengthwise, into the side of each jumbo olive.
  4. Carefully insert about 1 teaspoon of paneer fillings into each olive.
  5. Slice the carrot into eighteen 1/4 inch thick rounds; cut a small notch out of each carrot slice to form feet.
  6. Save the cut out piece and press into center of small olive to form the beak
  7. If necessary cut a small slit into each olive before inserting the beak. Slit a big olive, large hole side down, onto a carrot slice
  8. Then, set a small olive onto the large olive, adjusting so that the beak, paneer fillings chest and notch in the carrot slice line up. Secure with a toothpick.
  9. make a igloo using remaining paneer onto a plate,sprinkle grated cheese and put all the penguins and serve.
