ABOUT Baked Doughnuts RECIPE

Doughnuts are loved by everyone so here is a baked version of these delicious treats.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/4cup butter
  2. 6 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 3/4 tesp baking powder
  5. pinch baking soda
  6. 1/4 tesp salt
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
  8. 1 cup 6 tbsp all purpose flour
  9. 1/2 ,cup milk
  10. Chocolate glaze :
  11. 1/2 cup white, milk or dark chocolate
  12. 1 tbsp butter
  13. 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes
  2. Grease a doughnut pan with 12 wells
  3. Beat butter and sugar fluffy,add egg beat to combine.
  4. Fold in the sifted dry ingredients,milk and vanilla. Beat for a minute
  5. Spoon into the greased doughnut pan,filling it a little more than half.
  6. Bake at 170 ℃ for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Remove place on a cooling rack.
  8. For the glaze, melt chocolate and butter using double boiler method,once smooth and shiny add vanilla stir and remove.
  9. Dip the top of the doughnut into the glaze place on cooling rack,use sprinkles to garnish.Let rest to set
  10. Yummy doughnuts are ready.
