Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For dough
  2. All purpose flour 250 gms
  3. Butter 30gms
  4. Salt quarter t spoon
  5. Half T spoon ajwain seeds
  6. Water
  7. For Filling
  8. Potatos 250gms
  9. Green peas half cup
  10. Ginger , green chilli paste spoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Red chilli powder to taste
  13. Turmeric Powder
  14. Soaked coriander, fennel seeds some
  15. Dhaniya powder
  16. Garam Masala
  17. Amchur powder
  18. One table spoon lemon juice
  19. Coriander leaves
  20. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Prepare dough for samosa Adding ajwain, melted butter, salt, water..
  2. Boil the potatos, peel off and grate them to make soft. add with green peas Ginger chilli paste, red chilli powder, Salt, garam masala Soaked Dhania fennel seeds Coriander leaves, amchur powder Lemon juice make fine filling mix with a spoon.
  3. Take big lemon size dough and press it with rolling pin .. to make soft thin roti ...
  4. Cut roti into two parts
  5. Put some potato mix in the middle
  6. Cover the mix with two layers, rest of 2 layers cut into stripes
  7. Braid the strips reffered in the below picture
  8. Ready the braided samosas for deep frying...
  9. Make some crazy structures like in the pics below..
  10. Prepare some triangle samosas also
  11. Deep fry all the samosas till it turn out in to golden color on medium heat..
  12. Eat these crazy crunchy samosas with tomato sause or with some ranch..:heart_eyes:
