This is a delicious recipe of kheer made with coconut and vermicelli. A perfect after dinner desert for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Vermicelli roasted 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 8 cups
  3. grated coconut 1 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  6. Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Cashewnuts ,Pista,Badam,Kismis 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.Crush vermicelli lightly and add to pan. Sauté for a minute
  2. Add cashew nuts and ,Pista and Badam and ,Kismis Mix well and sauté for 2 minutes, Add milk, little by little and keep stirring
  3. Add sugar, stir to mix and cook on medium heat till the milk is reduced and the vermicelli is soft. Keep stirring.
  4. Add coconut and cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off heat.Garnish with some raisins coconut and serve hot or chilled.............very very tasty
