Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Salt and water [as required]
  3. Jackfruit seeds boiled - 1 cup
  4. Buttermilk -1 cup
  5. Coconut freshly grated - 2 tbsp
  6. Greenchilli - 2
  7. Curry leaves - 10
  8. Coriander leaves [handful]
  9. Jaggery - 1 tbsp
  10. Homemade white butter & clarified butter too [as required]
  11. Cluster beans - 1/2 cup
  12. Chick pea flour - 1/2 cup
  13. Carom seeds - 1 tsp
  14. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  15. Mirachi pickle
  16. Totapuri mango
  17. Daal [toor dal] cooked - 1/2 cup
  18. Rice cooked - 1 cup
  19. Lemon wedge - 2
  20. Curd - 1/4 th cup
  21. For tempering :
  22. Mustard seeds -1 tsp
  23. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  24. Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. For pangi knead rice flour doygh with salt water n lil jaggery too ,,,use banana leaf press the ball of dough on it and roast it on tava from both sides .
  2. For jackfruit seeds vegetable ,,,,take boiled jackfruit seeds,,,add oil in kadhai temper it with mustered seds,,cumin,,asafoetida,,turmeric ,,green chilli,,add coked seeds ,,lil water ,,fresh coconut ,,a salt n sugar or jaggery as per taste
  3. For taaktai ,,,take buttermilk,,add chatni of freshly grated coconut ,,1 petal of garlic,,green chilli,sat n saugar ,,grind it well and add this chatni in butter milk ,,temper butter milk with clarified butter ,,cumin n curry leaves
  4. For clusterbeans n chick pea bals vegetable make bals of besan ie chick pea flour by adding salt ,carom seeds ,,turmeric ,,oil and lil water n red chilli powder too ,,make balls ,,add it in kadhai along with clusterbeans in a tempered oil ,,,add coconut ,,salt ,,lil sugar ,and cook it ,,,it takes abt 15 to 20 mints on low flame with water filled plate on the top
  5. Daal rice simple ,,the way normally we cook
  6. For mango salsa ,,or mango koshimbir ,,take totapuri ripen one add lil salt,,sugar ,fresh coconut ,,asafoetida ,,and green chilli ,,mixed it well .
