Cut and clean the ripe jackfruit, remove the seeds and all extra unwanted portions. This ripe jackfruit is steam cooked, ground, pressed and sun dried to prepare tasty ripe jackfruit papad. Generally in coastal malnadu area people prepare these in summer season and use it in rainy season for evening snacks. It is sweet in taste so we can have directly or after fry in hot oil.
