This innovative dish was made specially keeping health of my kids in mind & they loved it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 1 cup finely chopped carrot
  3. 1 cup crushed Green peas
  4. 2 cups milk
  5. 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  6. salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1 /2 + 1/2 tsp
  8. 1/4 tsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  9. Oil to made the besan crepes
  10. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup to drizzle on the dish


  1. In a PAN add one tsp oil add carrots & peas , stir fry on high flame.
  2. Add red chilli powder & salt. make this stuffing dry.
  3. Add haldi , red chilli powder , salt in gram flour and make crepes , can make four out of these.
  4. Take milk in a PAN . Keep to boil on low flame n when once thickens add pizza seasoning & little salt.
  5. Roll the mixture in the crepes & lay them on the baking dish .
  6. Pour the creamy sauce, & drizzle Ketchup on it. Bake it in pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes..on 180 deg. till slight brown on top..Happy Cooking..
