Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Banana - 4 small size
  2. Sugar one cup
  3. Curd - 2 teaspoon
  4. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  5. Wheat flour one cup
  6. milk half cup
  7. salt one pinch
  8. Baking powder - one teaspoon
  9. Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  11. Butter 1 teaspoon


  1. Grind the banana and sugar
  2. Add curd , olive oil, vanilla essence with banana mixture and blend it well
  3. Filter the wheat flour , salt ,baking powder and baking soda
  4. Add the banana mixture with the flour mixture and blend it well
  5. If we want , Add milk little by little and blend it
  6. Put one cup salt as a layer in a cooker and place the plate with a hole as a stand
  7. Close the cooker without the whistle and preheat it for 15 minutes
  8. Put the cake mixture into the butter coated bowl
  9. Place the bowl into the cooker and closed it with out whistle for 40 to 45 minutes
  10. Check with toothpick and transfer the cake to the another plate
  11. Decorate the cake with sprinkles and enjoy
