This bread is a healthy one which can turn snacks into breakfast or in snacks box which is made of banana, wheat flour and honey as main ingredients as it is good for all age from kids to elders. Enjoy banana with honey into a low calorie breakfast. Healthy bhi Tasty bhi :blush:

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 banana paste
  2. 1/2cup wheat flour
  3. Honey 1/3 of a cup
  4. Butter 1/3 of a cup
  5. Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  7. Curd 5/6 tsp
  8. Milk 1/4 of a cup
  9. A pinch of salt


  1. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients first, wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the banana smashed, butter, honey and yogurt.
  3. Now mix the dry ingredients little by little with some milk in the Banana mix so that no lumps be there.
  4. Grease a baking tin or pan or a mould with butter and sprinkle little maida/ all purpose flour in it and pour the cake batter in it.
  5. Preheat a microwave oven and bake it at 200 degree C for 25/30 min till the top is little brown in colour.
  6. After the cake/ bread is done, let it cool down and then cut it into peices and serve.
