Yummy and tasty potato snack. My neice enjoys the combo of manchurian sauce and crispy potato.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cubed potato 150gms
  2. Chopped onion 50gms
  3. Chopped garlic 1tbsp
  4. Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Chings schezwan masala 1tbsp
  6. Corn flour 3tbsp
  7. Water 1/2 cup
  8. Oil to fry


  1. Peel potato and cut into cubes. Wash and pat dry potato.
  2. In a bowl add moist potato and sprinkle corn flour over and coat it well. Leave five mins, you can see potato leaves out water. Again add cornflour and coat over potato. It has to be dry.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry potato crispy.
  4. In a pan add oil and once hot add chopped garlic onion and saute well.
  5. Add chings schezwan fried rice masala chilly powder to onion and 1/2 tsp corn flour to onion mixture, add 1/2 cup water and let it boil.
  6. Once you acheive sauce consistency add in crispy potato and stir a min.
  7. Serve hot.
