A very tasty rice flour Paniyaram in a shape of onions

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. rice flour 400 grams
  2. coconut 1
  3. sugar 400 grams
  4. egg 1
  5. salt a Pinch
  6. ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. grate the coconut and squeeze out its milk without adding any water
  2. secondly to the squeezed coconut add some little water and take out the milk
  3. in a bowl add flour egg and coconut milk and mix gently without any lumps
  4. now add the coconut milk which was taken second time little by little till get the correct consistency
  5. battle should not be very thick or very thin
  6. heat ghee in a pan and pour out the batter using your fingers like onions
  7. make sugar syrup of one string consistency by simply boiling sugar with water
  8. Soak the onion-shaped Paniyaram in sugar syrup for about half an hour
  9. after that enjoy the little beauties
